AJ's 1st Halloween!

I bought AJ, what I thought was a dinosaur costume, but after putting it on him last week I read the feet and according to them he is a little monster! Whatever he is - he is the cutest lil monster/dinosaur EVER! I also bought him a cute oneie and matching socks, and of course a Halloween bib. His 1st Halloween only happens once!

Last week we went to my sister's house and had dinner with the family. We had the kids all put their costumes on so we could get a picture with all of them. However, as kids will be kids, I didn't get any good ones of all 5 of them together. And by the end, AJ was NOT happy! But I did get a couple cute ones of AJ with his cousin Aidan.

Today one of my friends had some of our friends and our kids over for brunch. It was a beautiful fall day outside so we all went for a walk to see an elementary school Halloween parade. The parade was sorta disapointing but seeing the kids dressed up and being outdoors in the gorgeous weather was worth it!

AJ has put on some weight this last week for sure! We can tell b/c his costume is much more snug today than just last week. We can hardly zip it up all the way now...our BIG boy!

Maybe next year we will go trick-or-treating. This year we will have fun staying home and handing out candy to the neighborhood kids.
